ECONOMY CARTEL
In early 2013 Jimi Cartel (guitar/vox) met up with Kevin Forbus (bass/vox) in an attempt to start up a punk project which became known in the area as Economy Cartel. The duo had a long road ahead, as the punk scene in Tuscaloosa had been all but dead for some time. After a few attempts at finding a drummer, Kevin made a call to a former band mate James Crane who auditioned for the spot. After landing a drummer, the trio set out on the road to start establishing a name for themselves.
